Our Leadership & Management

The company is run by a management team headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. George Abradu-Otoo and his deputy, Mr. Osmond Amuah and assisted by other heads of departments.

Mr. George Abradu-Otoo

Chief Executive Officer

He is a Governance Expert having worked at the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) as the Managing Director/CEO where he provided Strategic Leadership, Operational Management, Financial Management and Human Capital Management.

He is a Professional and a Chartered Banker with seventeen (17) years Banking experience having worked with ADB and the Stanbic Bank in various capacities. He managed major branches in Accra and Takoradi.

He is an Agriculturist and had previously provided training and education to farmers on best agricultural practices especially, pineapple and cocoa farmers on crop management, soil conservation and pest management.
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (ACIB).
He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana and B.Sc. (Hon.) from the same university. He attended St. Augustine’s College in Cape Coast

Mr. Osmond Amuah

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Osmond is a Banking professional with over 18 years of experience in commercial banking and team leadership, portfolio management and strategic planning.
Until his current role, he was the Suite Head, Commercial Banking at Stanbic Bank in the Northern Region. Between 2005 and 2024, he held various positions within the Bank.
Significantly, he periodically occupied the role of Acting Head of Commercial Banking as well as Agribusiness at the Bank’s Headquarters in Accra.
He holds an Executive Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a B.Sc. Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast.
