Human Resource Department
The Human Resources (HR) department manages the company’s workforce, handling everything from recruitment and training to compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with labour laws. HR also plays a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations, maintaining a safe work environment, and managing employee performance.

Mrs. Rebecca Mensah Apaw is the current head of the department.
She holds a BSc. in Human Resource Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management degrees.
She was the HR Manager at Sintex Container Ghana Ltd. She also worked at Pioneer Food Canary as Employee Grievances and Attendance Officer.
