Corporate Affairs Department

The Corporate Affairs Department is responsible for the company’s external and internal communications, public image, and stakeholder relationships. It plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s reputation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The department’s key functions include public relations & communications, government relations, stakeholder engagement, internal communications, event management, content creation, reputation management among others.
The Department also exercises supervision over the Right To Information ( RTI) Unit.

The department is headed by Mr. Emmanuel J.K Arthur.

He is a journalist by profession and holds a Diploma in Journalism and a master’s degree in media management from the University of Media Arts and Communications (UniMaC) and a BFA in Film & Television from the University of Ghana, Legon.

He also holds a Certificate in Social Mobilization from the University of Ghana’s School of Public Health, and a Certificate in Investigative Journalism from the World Bank Institute in Washington DC.

OVERSIGHT AGENCIES

We operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) as well as the State Interest and Governance Authority (SIGA).
