Members of Parliament have commended the current management of the National Food Buffer Stock Company (NAFCO) for resilience and steadfastness in ensuring the country’s food security agenda stays on course.
The MPs made the commendations in separate encounters with the management of NAFCO to discuss the operational challenges of the company.
Led by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Hanan Abdul-Wahab, the NAFCO management first appeared before the Parliamentary Select Committee on Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs at Parliament House in Accra to brief them on its activities.
